Stella H. A. B. Segbawu
Executive Director
Stella H. A. B. Segbawu is the Executive Director of NNF Esquire Limited. She is a Change Management Specialist with over two decades of management experience in various sectors of business growth and development.
She started her career with the Department of Feeder Roads – Ministry of Roads & Highways as Stenographer Secretary to Deputy Director in 1989. Moving on to spend over a decade with CalBank serving in various roles and subsequently working with United Bank of Africa (UBA).
Stella also played various roles in management with the CDH Fianancial Holdings Group from 2008 to 2013. Facilitating business development for subsidiary companies: CDH Securities, CDH Asset Management, CDH Commodities, and Ivory Finance Company Ltd.
She served as the Managing Director of Downwell Life Company Limited from 2013 to 2017, successfully managing the business in accordance with Board approved policies and industry regulatory standards.
She serves on Audit Committees of various public institutions as a representative of the Internal Audit Agency in accordance with the Mandatory and Advisory Roles and Responsibilities as spelt out in the Public Financial Management Act, 2016 - Act 921 and the Public Financial Management Guidelines.
Stella provides leadership for NNF Esquire through strategic planning, policy formulation, revenue generation, financial management, organizational development, staff management, and programme operations.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Administration (Banking and Finance Option) and an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA-Finance Option) degrees from the University of Ghana. She has attended various training programmes and conferences with certification from international institutions.
