Frank Y. K. Segbawu is the CEO of NNF Esquire Limited. His career in the publishing industry spans over four decades.

Mr Segbawu's journey began in 1984 with Longman Publishers (Zimbabwe), one of the oldest commercial publishers established in the United Kingdom in 1724. He then moved to Johnson Wax Limited, Surrey. He continued at Sedco Publishing, Ghana, where he started as a salesman in 1989, transitioned to the Sales and Marketing Director from 1995 to 1999 and was ultimately appointed the Managing Director until December 2010.

In January 2013, Mr Segbawu became the CEO of Star Longman Liberia Books and took on the additional role of CEO at NNF Esquire Ghana Limited.

He has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Bath and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
